1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, creating an account, or connecting your Wix or Wix Studio site to the FormWix API endpoints, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Service Description & Usage License

FormWix provides a high-performance backend, API endpoints, and direct cloud connectors (Google Sheets, Klaviyo, Notion, AWS S3, etc.) for native Wix and Wix Studio forms.

• License Grant: Subject to your subscription tier (Developer Sandbox, Pro Single, or Studio All-Access), we grant you a non-exclusive, revocable license to utilize FormWix on designated client websites.
• Submission Quotas: Accounts must adhere to the volume quotas designated by their active plan. Excessive automated abuse or denial-of-service attempts will result in automated IP throttling.

3. Data Ownership & Responsibilities

You retain 100% intellectual property rights and full ownership of all data submitted through your forms. FormWix operates strictly as a data processor and transmission conduit. You are responsible for ensuring your forms comply with relevant privacy regulations (such as GDPR, CCPA, or HIPAA) and for obtaining consent from your end-users.

4. Independent Software Disclaimer

FormWix is an independent third-party software service. FormWix is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Wix.com, Inc. or Wix.com Ltd. "Wix" and "Wix Studio" are registered trademarks of Wix.com Ltd.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. In no event shall FormWix, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
